Creative Production Lead
Full Time
We're seeking a Full Time team member to join our Production Team. The Creative Production Lead helps to produce and oversee the production of our paper products, maintaining the original design vision of our founder, Meg.
The Production Team has to visually interpret systems and patterns for each product, maintaining the uniqueness of each product. The Creative Production Lead supports the Production Manager in all tasks, and specifically acts as an expert in the artistic vision of the company.
The Creative Production Lead responsibilities include producing products, documenting projects, maintaining project times, product quality inspection, product packaging, binding, sorting, and assembling products. The Creative Production Lead will support the Production Manager by assisting with supply ordering, daily organization, managing production flow, documenting production quotas, and updating on any issues. The Creative Production Lead also works with the Design Team to create and prototype new products, as well as assisting with creating new processes for the line.
Designer
Full Time / In Person
We’re seeking a full-time, in-person Designer to join our creative team at Moglea’s Iowa studio. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on variety and wants to take true ownership of a brand’s visual voice. You’ll concept and create across all touchpoints — from social media and email marketing to website content, product design, and in-store experiences. Daily work includes designing campaigns, planning and producing video and photo content, refining packaging and product visuals, and contributing to new collection development. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative directors to ensure every visual communicates the artful, hand-crafted spirit of Moglea. We’re looking for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to bring fresh ideas to a growing design brand recognized for its painterly, modern aesthetic.

Seasonal Production Team Member
Part-Time / Full Time
We're looking for a full-time team member to join our Production Team. The Seasonal Production Team member role supports three departments - Painting, Pressroom, and Assembly for a 4-6 month period. This is our entry level production role with an opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Applicants should be highly detail-oriented and capable of standing for long periods. Responsibilities in painting include painting products, mixing paints to match colors, documenting projects, maintaining schedules, cleaning, and studio upkeep. Pressroom duties involve preparing paper for painting, cutting paper, operating and setting up printing presses, sorting painted sheets for proper registration, running automatic paper punches, and assisting with padding for bindery. In Assembly, tasks include product quality inspection, packaging, binding, sorting, and assembling products.
Farmers' Market Retail Associate
Part-Time / Full Time
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Farmers' Market Associate to join our team. This role is vital for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. As a Market Associate, you will be responsible for essential tasks including cash handling, sales support, and upholding quality standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key to success.
The position is scheduled for every Saturday from May through October, and we require candidates who are available for at least three weekends per month. The daily commitment is from 6:15 AM (arrival at Moglea) until 1:00 PM (stand tear-down).
